Today we remember that April 23, 1521, in which troops were defeated Castilla by the imperial troops of Charles I in Villalar. That day sealed the submission of Castilla to the absolute monarchy of the Habsburgs: the prelude to what awaited them also to other historical nationalities of Spain.

Respect and freedom
live in a society that has a real confusion of values. Even the political left, that these things should have more considered, merely a shot in the dark on many issues that are of vital importance. The right not speak because the right does not think, just feel. And sit with your gut, not your head, and then try to impose by force those feelings gastric everyone.
The most sensational shows this conceptual mess is the statement that "all ideas are respected" . What error, what error.
Is respectable the idea that the earth is flat and rests on the back of a giant turtle? Obviously not, that's just silly. And yet, idiotic ideas like this get under by saying that "all ideas are respected." Some even are financed with the taxes we pay all or, worse, are taught in public schools.
At the height of the confusion of values \u200b\u200bthat are suffering, there are ideas that become cretinoides protected law, so that the simple fact to show their stupidity is reason to risk getting a conviction for criminal proceedings (see Article 525 of the English Penal Code in force).
Now, let's think a moment: is it really an idea may be worthy of the quality of respect? I, in my innocence philosophical thought that ideas could be true or false, or leave the opinion of their veracity suspended for lack of relevant information, but that of respectability was not with them. What good is respect the idea that the earth is a sphere (slightly flattened at the poles) that rotates in an elliptical orbit around the sun? Or is accepted as denied as true or false, but ... Will they respect?
For society today requires us to respect all ideas, crazy they are. And I say no, that ideas are not worthy of any respect. Respect is due to people, not what people think or stop thinking. Put another way: we respect the freedom of thought of each other, but if that freedom leads him to say stupid things, we have no qualms whatsoever to say out loud that is nonsense. And do not come to us with gibberish that so disrespectful to people who are talking nonsense, because if they allowed you to think and say freely, for the same reason, the other we must allow free express our view that their ideas are stupid, right?
Conclusion: agilipollada with society is that of respect for all ideas, the left does not know anything and in Spain is still a crime to say out loud what you think about Jesus Christ, Mohammed, Buddha and the bitch mother that gave birth each of them.
